By accessing the Radiology Associates Wellness Learning Portal (“the Portal”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws that may apply. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Portal. All content and materials made available through this Portal are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. Use License

  1. A limited, revocable license is granted to access the Portal for personal, non-commercial internal use only. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership, and under this license you may not:

  3. use the materials for commercial purposes or any external public presentation;

  7. All content, design models, educational frameworks, assessments, and delivery structures remain the exclusive property of the Platform Owner and its licensors. Use is restricted to approved internal employee development.
  8. This license shall automatically terminate if any of these terms are violated and may be terminated by the Platform Owner at any time. Upon termination, all downloaded or printed materials must be deleted or destroyed.

All content provided via the Portal is offered “as is.” No warranties, expressed or implied, are provided, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or outcomes derived from the use of educational content. The Platform does not guarantee learning results or behavioral change and disclaims responsibility for technical interruptions or changes to platform access.

The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Portal or its contents. This includes but is not limited to data loss, downtime, business interruption, or performance-related dissatisfaction.
